Who called from 6572087450

I'm wondering, why nobody hasn't reported this number (657-208-7450).  My blocker has now, since 06/08/15, blocked it 5 times from getting through.  I wonder whether or not this is the same scumbag caller using also 657-208-6254, which has been reported on this forum.

Some non profits dont have to follow the do not call list.  Purple heart may be one of them.
