Sally I just got done dealing with these guys. they are full of it. They tried to say I took out a pay day loan with a company who has no record of me any where and no record of the account. To boot, they day they said I took out the loan, I was defending their sorry buts in Afghanistan. Don't fall for it. I reported it and please do the same. They don't check out.
Yep, they are calling for a payday loan company and attempting to threaten me with court cost and fees and legal actions. I told him if you call me again and this matter was settled I will be taking legal action again you! He apologized to me and learn that he should not be calling me at all. I told him the company you are representing is going to get you sued!
