1. You are NOT warned if a summons is coming
2. Caller refused to give any information to you - would a reputable company refuse that?
Called me and say I was summon to court and being sue by Washington mutal for $12000..he won't have me his information but say a lot thing not letting me talk..heard this a scam phone number from another websites
