Who called from 6572153409

Just got this text message from 419.491.3201

Got the same message and it has been freaking me out all day.  However the number it came from was out of Oregon - 1.971.266.2685.
Mine came in at 3:57AM EST.  I REALLY hate the fact that they know my first name.

Just got this text too..from a "Jenny" Skype name shelley_young1919. 505 number. I wouldn't care so much if it didn't have my first name in this message..

I just got this same message. I can't remember the exact number, but it was a 657 number. She said her skype name was tonia.balle.

I got the same message from the number 3179731452 and it was Jen. Has anyone actually tried adding Amanda.spencers to see what it is?
