Perhaps a bit of advice will help: When these clowns call and you KNOW they're scammers, spammers, foreign turds
and annoying pustules on the buttocks of the universe...simply do this: Pick up your phone, wait 1 - 2 seconds and
hang up. Since they're on a loop that doesn't allow them to identify whom they're calling, they can't call you right back and it gives you the opportunity to place them on your "Blocked Calls" list. I change mine as frequently as annoying calls come in. In case you get VOIP Numbers (thank you, GetTheFacts!)..and most of them are, keep putting them on the Blocked List.
Eventually, they update their "constantcallsuntilyoucroak" list and your number goes away. The worst thing to do - EVER - is call them back. Then they're a pain in the rump roast for life!
No fighting EACH OTHER! We're Americans - our ingenuity and dedication to kick the crap out of what/who tries to hurt us, has always prevailed. BTW..there hasn't been a good president since Lincoln.
Got a call from this number this morning. Everything was very vague - no mention of Disneyland, but implied that it was a free trip to a major resort. What they were really after was a credit card number. So, IMHO, it was not a telemarketer but a fraudulent attempt to get a CC number from me.
Do Not Call List is for legit businesses. 90% of these calls are not legit businesses. And if you want to blame someone for these calls, blame the phone companies. They make the money on each call, no one else needs the incentive to keep these calls coming. Think about it instead of spewing all the political hatred.
