This number is coming from Dynamic Recovery Solutions and is a scam.  You can google them and see the yelp reviews.  I did not answer the call from this number and nor did they leave a message.  I googled the phone number and nothing was coming up so I called it back from a private land line.  Where the recording tells you that it's checking for your account info and then asks you to hold while they get an agent to help.  Here is the website for them: http://www.gotodrs.com/ and see what others have to say at yelp: - http://www.yelp.com/biz/dynamic-recovery-solutions-greenville.  
I think the phone numbers come from different areas to fool you so my only suggestion is not to answer calls you don't know but if curiosity gets to you, call it from a private land line and go from there.
