Just another fake tech support number. They will never stop calling, using various city state callerIDs from all over the US.
I have an online blocker which nabs most telemarketer calls after one ring, including this one. If you are plagued by calls from many changing numbers, best hope is get an online blocker which checks each call against database of complaints and call volumes. Then a few reports from anyone will get this number automatically blocked too.
This is computer service that is picking up the clients from another computer service that went out of business. The business that went out of business was called OMG tech support. http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0346-tech-support-scams. I did not understand the name of this tech support, but my guess is it is probably a scam also.
OMG ripped me off as well. I recommend no one speak to any computer company, unless YOU call THEM. This takeover company naturally would not honor any prior agreements made with OMG.
