I think this is the same co. claiming to be Jordan and Associates. They must have multiple numbers in the 657 area code. I could not find an address. All I could find out is that this is a cell phone.
Received a phone call telling me I was going to be sued to collect $1800. Even had the guts to ask for my mailing address so they could send me the court order and if I didn't show up in court, they would win and collect the money. I have no idea what this was all about. They said it was a personal loan I had made but couldn't tell me a name. I'm ignoring it.
I got some wierdo saying they need me in c ourt in two hours and that im being sued.They came to my inlaws house saying they are process servers.I called and it sounded like a telemarketing office,not an attorneys office.They wouldnt tell me what court and where since my father in law lives in NC and I live in SC.These people are scammers.If someone comes to serve you papers,they need a court appointed person or a sherrif with them, then the court date will be anywhere from 30-90 days from then.
I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Jordan and Associates from 657 area code with a "complaint number". I checked and while there is a Jordan and Associates in California, they are an investment law firm. This is completely bogus and an outright scam. I have notified my attorney as well as the better business bureau. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be Jordan and Associates and telling you that you are being sued, be careful.
