The caller id said “Unavailable” and a long robo-message by a female said they want donations for veterans and asked for used property especially used cars and time shares. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 types of traces and all were completely blocked. No person or business name, no general location(City, County, State, Country etc.) and no service providers showed up, however the area code is for southern California. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location by blocking a trace. This is the worse kind of scammer that is probably operating from a foreign country that is either spoofing dead phone numbers and/or using a Voip system while phishing for personal information and running a scam(s) (i.e. False charity for veterans etc.). This is an extremely high tech scammer so beware.  DO NOT ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities.
