I have been getting calls for months. I did take it head on today and asked for a super. I got "Michael" he claims to be the director and says he lives in NJ. He is a piece of work, we were disconnected twice and he called me back on what he said was his personal line. The number he called me back on twice was 732-780-1188.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

same here. they're trying to get me to buy an extended warantee on my subaru, require a deposit and keep calling themselves the "National Processing Center." Hard sell, talks real fast with lots of numbers, but won't send me information unless he gets a deposit. "This offer is only good now, your request for more information without a deposit is considered a decline." And kept saying that "we'd like you back" as if he worked for Subaru.

The calls have escalated to every 5 minutes, 3 times in a row; then they stop for a day - then it starts all over the next day. My post on 8-27-15 said they were "nuisance" calls. IF these calls  were from a living. breathing human being, I could possibly file charges for stalking; since no message is ever left, I couldn't get a VPO. (Sigh) I'm starting to why I pay a fortune to have an unlisted number.
