The persons using this number are claiming to be college students conducting a survey with a promise of reward ( a gift card from different businesses) for taking it. The first time, I asked to be taken off the list. Three calls later, it seen they just ignored my request. It's a scam! Don't give any info to a stranger. Once again. IT'S A SCAM!!
I got the Fullerton College study call today, but without offer of anything. Innocuous questions about fruit/vege consumption, but did ask ability to afford questions, and if household income is under/over $75k/year.
I called the number to verify authenticity and it googled to a Laura Gil-Trejo at Cal State Fullerton director of Social Science Research Center at 657-278-7691. I left a msg, and will note here if I don't get a call back.
