This is a scam. I have caller ID and this call showed up Private. Probably from a cell phone. I too was asked to call the originator of the claim. Told me I was facing legal issues. What? I am tired of getting these phone calls. I never answer if I dont know the number. These people have been calling me about once per month for two years. This is a scam. Their number and name always change and most of the time they never tell me what its in relation to. Typical scare tactic. Don't fall for it.
Quantum Support Services called and left me this number 657-333-5816 and a case number. Looked up Quantum and it doesnt exist. At least not in the United States. It does exist in Australia as a completely different type of company.
This is a fraudulent scam using scare tactics to get people to pay them money without the paperwork or proof.
