Recording with music playing in the background as the robo call talked about their home security system

Calls but leaves no messages.    Probable scam.

657-445-2167 caller id just says vo ip.  No one there when answered.

This phone 657 699 2253 keeps calling me and leaves no message . They need to stop calling they are calling  me from California  I live in Utah it starts from 8 in the morning they call me several times a day it's ridiculous I've got a block on my phone so they can't call me , how are they still getting through there should be no telemarketers nor scams to call anyone its way way way out of hand .

I never pick up: VOIP, Invalid Number, PPP, Anonymous, Private Caller, Name Not Known calls"  if you're legit you leave a message.
