These people keep changing the numbers they are calling from, and they don't want to take no for an answer.  I made the mistake of answering and donating once several years ago and now I get a call once a week or so but, fortunately, they do show on caller ID, so I don't answer.  I don't think  they are a non-profit, but am not sure.
