Dead air after I answered than the caller hung up. Why do these kind of people exist? Have they nothing better to do with their lives.

This is not the real number for this company as in an attempt to call it back I get "the number cannot be completed as dialed 1 514" and to call customer service. No further info on how to reach this "customer service".   The call starts with "Can you hear me?  Good..."   Blah, blah, blah and is a recording...get this call several times throughout the week with no way to address it.  Yes, I am on the Do Not Call Registry but who cares, right?  The caller ID changes from time to time as well.
