This is a timeshare 'renting' company - scam, scam, scam. You will NEVER get back what you pay. The way it works, it would be impossible for them to rent out your particular Timeshare - Wyndham works with a lot of different Timeshare companies (ie RCI) and has a limited amount of each in their 'resorts' - now they're trying to market Wyndham itself. Do NOT fall for this - you will not have the choices you are promised.
