I've gotten calls before from this same person, but he uses a different name and company. The story is usually the same. This time he called himself Ron Slade from Legal Claims Services, working for attorney Paul Allen. He left a voicemail, attempting to sound all formal saying, "This is for the residents of (my address) OR (my name mispronounced). You have 24 hours to call us back to make arrangements for receipt of papers for your upcoming court case." and blah blah blah.
This is a SCAM. The company gambles and preys on the ignorant and innocent. They were trying to collect on a debt that did not, nor ever, existed.
Ran all 3 credit reports and nada...
Got a call fromthis number. Ihad requested a debt validation from them but they refuse to provide. They are bottom feeder collection agents. They even claim to have look into my credit file and seen my debts. I think that is illegal without my permission. This debt is from an old account that statue of limitations has expired. Whatever you do, don't pay a dime without receiving a validation letter from any collection agency.

This company changes their name and business info every so often. They buy OLD Old collection accounts for pennies on the dollar that other companies have already written off.
They have no legal way to collect the money, so they use illegal tactics to try and get any money.
this guy name frank miller also called me about a debt from 7yrs ago and had all my info and told me to call paul allen about my court case. how i caught him in a lie..he said in 2005 i was working for the company that i am now with but really i wasnt i was working for a different company...these guys are scam artist. he had the nerves to ask for 690.02 is u crazy..
