I don't know about fair. He argues with you over the phone, states he is going to turn over to attorney, yet you say he is attorney??? They are not suppose to threaten you. Gave information to my daughter-in-law who answered the phone. Also not suppose to do that. Said they would send me a letter, which I have never received. Yelled at me for answering my phone when he was trying to leave a message for my husband right after he had hung up on me. How am I suppose to know who is calling?? I want to know when this bill originated, the account number and how he got it. I want all information from the beginning. Tonight he called again saying they hadn't gotten a payment and I informed him that I hadn't gotten the letter he said he would send.
Not sure if he is legit or not? Alot of questions he does not answer. Kinda odd for a "attorney" especially when he calls the mother! Wierd. Tried searching his name/firm on internet and nada comes up. Keep getting red flags all over the place.
I called this number today as directed by an ABA employee and was led to somebody named Mary Lloyd a so called a company with no businness licennse Beware of this company and this person
Mary Loyd is a scam do not pay a dime they will not file any legal paperwork so dont worry!!! instead try to record any conversations that this person or people from this company and turn them in!!
