I've received the same calls... from Tim Thompson and Paul Allen. Did these documents they talked about ever arrive? I'm sure that this is a scam, but I'm having some trouble sleeping at night over this...

Got a phone call from 657-859-4572
Stated they were from Legal Support Services for a Private Processing Serving Firm. Said they had been contracted to serve a delivery of a subpoena for me to serve in court. Said they had made 2 or 3 attempts to serve these legal documents for an upcoming court date. Both attempts have been unsucessful. Said I needed to call or have my attorney to contact them so they can have these documents delivered to present failure to appear in court. Even gave me a file number.
Caller left a message and didn't identify the company they were calling from or what the issue was. Said they were going to pursue my property and quoted my address. I don't own property and live in an apartment.They have also called other family members making threats.
I received a call stating that I need to call Scott Leger @657-859-4572, so I could be served a subpeona to appear in court. This person never indentify who they were, therefore I never indentify myself. This young continue to find out who I was and when I was going to be home. They even went as far as giving me a case number. This need to stop.
