My neighbor recieved a phone call from that same number and she came to me and I called the number and they stated that they never called. I pressed the issue and Spoke to some guy by the name of Paul Allen, and he also stated that he was sending a process server to my house to take me to court for a debt I owed, but if I would settle for $2143.40. they would close out my case. I decided to do some digging and called my bank and asked them so questions and I got a few suggestions which I followed. I came upon this blog. I reported to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), I am doing some research and I will follow through with this.
Received a call on my cell phone from an unknown #. Someone claiming to be Phillip Rostine with the Legal Claims Services Processing Division and that I am going to be served papers if I do not call within 24 hours. I called the # he left me and a person by the name of Matthew Lloyd andswered the phone...first time I called he answered with just a "hello"...very professional for someone who claims to be an Attorney Mediator. I called back and then got his vm. I left a message that I did not know what this was about. Matthew called me back and stated that they were trying to verify my address so they could serve me with papers from a credit card I never had. He then asked me for my address of which I told him I did not need to tell him if they were going to serve me, he would already have it. He then stated he does not have the address in front of me. He stated the credit card they were collecting for was for the First Bank of Delaware for Continental Finance. I then told him I never had this card, and that I was online at that moment pulling up that bank and found out this was a scam.He stated he had my credit report in front of him and I was lying. He then got mad and said they were going to serve me next week with papers from 8am to 4pm and he asked me for my address again. I refused to give it to him, and then he said no problem I have it right here and he repeated it to me! He said I would have a sherrif at my door next week. Funny thing is, he stated that this card was from 2006 and they were calling me on a # that I have only had since 2009. SCAMMERS

I just received a call from this same number from a guy with a heavy southern accent named Chris, he claimed he was from legal support services. He called looking for someone who doesn't live here anymore claiming that there was a ___(couldn't understand the word, almost sounded like panic) civil lawsuit and they were hoping this person would be here to sign for the summons papers between 7am-12pm. They said that a court officer was scheduled to bring the summons by and if they didn't hear back within 4 hours they would go ahead and send the guy out. He gave me a case number with the letters EACO attached but I cannot find the legal definition online, and said if I had any questions I could contact the filing attorney at this number.
This person called my resident telling me that a relative of mine had a case pending against them. I asked what it was for? The lady said she couldn't pull up the file. I asked her can I call the lady who wanted to speak to my relative. She said no.I wanted to know why he has a court file. I made a mistake in giving her my name because she sounded professional. When I looked this number up (657-859-4584) I found that this company ABA is a scam in deed.
