Someone identifying herslef as Lisa Johnson left a threatening message about someone filing a complaint against me. She talked so fast I had to play the message about 5 times to get the numbers down. Something about if I don't call back they are going to dispatch an investigator. Have no clue who these people are or what they are doing. Any one else out there running into them?
They just left me a threatening msg for a step father I have not seen since 1992!

These people have been calling me for weeks, from different numbers, on two supposedly unlisted numbers. They called me today from 657-999-6059. She said she was from PTC Investigation, that a complaint had been filed with the court and gave me a court number, but she didn't know anything about what the complaint was regarding. She said it was filed in January and it just hit their desk. They want to serve my husband papers, and are looking for someone who will receive them on his behalf if he won't receive them. I informed her that all of our debt issues have been resolved; we have no tax collection issues or credit card collection issues. She told me the court it was filed with and left me a number to have my husband call back. I hung up, and proceeded to look up the case number. There are no cases filed against my husband in that court, or in any court in our area. We looked up the number that she called on, and it belongs to a company called CSIR that buys old debts and tries to collect them, often using threatening tactics. If you google CSIR Litigation, you'll find them. So I called back the number that she gave me, and it's not in service. Absolutely useless.
