I get calls all the time from this number...today I let it go to my answering machine and heard a man sobbing and crying...I have family traveling and thought it might be an accident and answered and a jolly voice said "hi are you --------? Which I wasn't and said so and hung up....gave me a real scare!
This is the 3rd spoofed call I have received from the same foreign outfit. Yesterday received the "Dir Asst" call from Mississippi and from Florida. Today's call is supposedly from MO...it's not.
Not to worry - all of these calls go unanswered and the Florida call was blocked because I have all of the Florida area codes blocked.
From reading other posts - it's the old "Windows - you have a virus" scam. Does anyone actually fall for this scam???
No message left. Listed as Direct Assist Mo. Got call earlier from 432 555 0130. Looked it up and its a scam to fix your computer problems. Maybe its the same network of scammers.

Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME
The scammer did not leave a message on our answering machine.
