I was fired from my [***] job at Microsoft, I tried to fight it but I was rudely dismissed pretty much every time. They claimed the terms were justified but it seems to me like they were trying to fight a fascist with fascism, which is hypocritical. Basically they perpetuated their own sickness because of your own issues, but let's separate ourselves from that for now.
A while back I came across a thread where someone touched on the implications of outsourcing sensitive data to developing countries, it was in reference to medical files, but I think it pertains to this as well. I can't remember the thread but some interesting points were made. When I purchased speakers from Best Buy and I was required to give them a phone number for validation purposes, or some other [***]. This was after they tried to sell me their useless insurance on top of the products "lifetime" warranty. Where do these numbers go? Where does your email go when you order online? Someone has to process these things. Someone has to tech the site your buying through and the in store billing, which can be done somewhere else. Who knows how many pools your numbers are in. Don't buy from that [***] place.
I got a text saying I won $1000 gift card to Best Buy telling me to go to http://www.bestbuy.giftcards4bb.net/?id=fywprpklrl. I don't think it is real, so I didn't enter the website.
