Obviously this is a bogus (spoofed) number because there is no such prefix number as 172. The put the 661 area code in front of it to try to fool me since I live in the 661 area. When will they learn we will not fall for their tricks? I never pick up a number I do not recognize, especially one that I can tell is bogus.
