Always calls never leaves a message, local call my butt! Do they think people with caller id are dumb enough to pick up? Dead giveaway it is NOT a local call. What idiots!
Says they are with an air quality control company and want to service my a/c unit. They have called 13 times and every time I notify them that I DO NOT have an a/c unit....
Today I asked for a manger and they hung up on me...
"Air Quality" people from this number have been calling me as well to an alarmingly frequent level. I tell them we're on a "no call soliciting list" and the guy hangs up every time. Next time I think I'm going to pretend I'm interested to get a company name. Very annoying!
Same situation here. They call many times. Every call I've answered I've asked to be removed from their calling list. They hang up. Rude, obnoxious people.
I just have a hard time believing that anyone with caller ID would answer a call with a local number that begins with the number 1. Everyone should know that the number 1 is never ever used for a local number, the number 1 is exclusively used to access a long distance line. But the telemarketers know that there have to be bunches of stupid people who will answer such illegal calls anyway, and probably some of these same people will fall for the telemarketer scam. So long as this continues, these bum telemarketers will continue to harass us all. I simply press talk then immediately press off to cut the connection off instantly. Try it sometime.
