Call says from Westside Union. I told the lady I was on the do not call list. She said "Ma'am there is no such thing as the do not call list". Tried to call back and say my forte but all you get it the busy signal. Somebody please stop these people from waking people up that don't feel well or just bothering private people at home.
Just checked my phone and saw it blocked another call from this number this morning at 9:49 am. I recently bought a Panasonic phone that blocks up to 250 numbers because over the past few months I have been receiving calls from numbers like this one that call me almost every day and never leave a message. Now instead of having to listen to my phone ringing due to another mystery caller, I get the satisfaction of checking to see who called during the day and seeing that my new phone blocked this number once again. A call-blocking phone gives you the power to stop the continuing harassment from callers who will not identify themselves.
Like the other reviewers, caller ID says Lancaster, CA. They called once and it rang 2x, called back immediately and it rang 3x but did not leave a message either time.

Sales call from telemarketer about saving money on energy. I have blocked calls from them before, but they use multiple numbers. I have told them to stop calling me, but they continue. Now I don't answer but they occasionally leave a message. Also, they have started sending reps to my door. They call themselves the CA Energy Commission or Council.
