They said they worked with the Care program thru PGE. I made an appointment they never showed. I tried calling put disconnected number

They called me 13 times in 37 minutes! I went online to figure out if my phone company had caller blocking... it did, I Blocked them. They never left a message. Had they left a message as to why they were calling me, I would have called back or answered it next time they call.

Called me 10 times in 1 hour. Says Bakersfield on my phone. Called the number back, no answer
