spoofed number - disconnected when I call it.

Called with no message.  Blocked.

They asked me if I was the homeowner. Then they wanted to know how much I was paying in my monthly energy costs.

I have received many, many phone calls from this number.  They are very confrontation and rude.  I have told them every time to stop calling.  They have went by many different names.  The latest is Council of Clean Energy.

Called on my cell, no one on the line when I answered, then line was disconnected.
