I got a call from this phone number today.  Caller ID display "out of area." I answered the phone and got a dial tone.

I received a call from this number at 9:49 this morning.  When I said "Hello", know one answered and
there was no sound.  I then hung up.  Caller ID was Arvin, CA (California).

Received call last night at 7:09 pm. Display showed Out of Area. Husband answered the call and a guy started to sell him something. He cut him off, said Not Interested, and hung up on him.

This number called my dad and said that the house was on fire and said our home address
