Who called from 6612350896

I'm guessing they are another one of the Solar Energy contractors who are calling so often. I have been called by this number twice but never answer as I don't recognize the number, but I have noticed that most calls coming from my area code (661) are solar energy calls. I'll bet they are not even in my area code. So many of these crooks can not spoof numbers and make it appear that they are in your area.

Same here, 2 calls never leaves a message. Now blocked.

Called twice.  I called back the number from a land line and it says the number is disconnected and no longer in use.  So why is someone using the number?  Why can't someone do something about this.  I have every service to block these calls and I still get them.  I pay for services and these calls still get through!!!!
