They keep calling me at 3am and absurd hours of the night but dont say anything and when I call back its busy

As above - VM picked up, no message but background noise.

A man with a thick accent called in asked for someone who does not work here, I could hear a lot of background sound!
Put this number on the do not answer call list. In the office

Annoying!!  Calling at all hours of the day and night and no one responds when we answer.
