I saw an ad on Craigslist for an open position and replied via email. We began texting. I was asked to run errands for him.. Errands that he couldn't complete himself BC he was in the process of moving and transferring for his job. He asked me to set up a bank account. I declined and asked to set up a meeting. He did not reply. We communicated through email and text messaging only, so I never heard his voice. He gave me a name and I'm sure its made up.
I Googled his phone number and found nothing. No social profiles. Nothing. I did find a few number were that were similar on this site that were reported as a scam. Claiming to have received calls from a man who had an Indian accent. So, beware. There are a lot of scam artists out there.

i just replied to a similar add, the guy said his name was Bryan and asked me to pay his mothers rent and kids private teacher. I sent my resume to the add so he had my info and we have emailed and text only too. I assume this is the same guy and I should bail on this?!
