New 661 area code number, same scams. Don't answer the phone, no message. Answer the phone, hang up or a 'goodbye'. CID Lesinski, M

They won't leave a message therefore I won't answer the phone.

I think that this is a "ghosted" number.  I don't know the name and it is a local number for us.  Didn't answer and the call repeats every day.  Definately a scam

I've had this number blocked a long time.  No one ever speaks.  It's a southern california number.  Don't answer it.
