This number just called me on my home phone, and it popped up as "UNKNOWN NAME" on my caller ID, which I know is ~never~ a legit caller. I hung up and called it back right away, and "shockingly" it went to a fast busy signal (meaning it's a bad number). I tried a few more times to call the number, just in case I was wrong, and the same thing happened each time. I tried it from my cell phone, and the call gets immediately disconnected without even ringing.
So, it's another spoofed number by some scammers. Blocked.

This number calls my house and never leaves a message. Today I answered - the caller ID identified with the phone number and "V40412554600025" as the name (weird). Anyway, I answered and a man said Ms *** (he knew my last name). Instead of saying YES, I responded "May I ask who's calling" and he hung up the phone. I called the number back and it was just dead air...
