Does anyone know who owns this number?  I get calls on my cell frequently with no message.  Since I know no one in this area code I do not answer.

This area code 661 uses different pre-fixes and numbers but all of my 661 calls have been from a telemarketer in Kern county near Bakersfield selling solar energy.  The ID is cleanplanetpro.
