I had a missed call from this number, and no message. My caller ID showed it as "VOIP CALLER." I called the number back and it went to a fast busy signal. So, probably another spoofed number/scammer.

definately a spoofed number. Have had two other calls today that will only speak to Spanish speakers, so I think they're probably connected. Will wait and see if they call again before I use up a Block space. I only have 250 of them.
