I got a call this morning on my cell phone.  661 is my area code, but I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.  I tried calling back later on and it rang 5-6 times and then just cut off!

My son received a phone call from this # and I called back and it rang 5 times, then cut off.

Called last night, I didn't answer .. Scammer bill collector most likely 661 is Santa Clarita Valley CA ... 249 prefix is Crescenta Valley.... Obviously a purchased phone number on a throwaway phone since the phone number was muplimated to read 116112491119.
They did leave a message if you call it that, the male said my full name... I don't owe anyone money, I don't use credit.
