I received 11 calls from this number and it left a message each time but said nothing. I called back and it was an automated female voice saying "Hello are you there?".
this is not the first time this has happened but today aug 5 2015 this # called me 18 times all at the same time
this is called harrasment and they dont leave a message.
even if they did i still wouldnt call them back
