Well the scam goes like this: They want to talk you into buying ink and toner, they will run you through a routine, and you will end up getting it sent to you for free, then if you like it, you just pay for it. If you don't just ship it back. However you have to call them to ship it back, and they will do everything they can to not accept it back. After you do business with them they will ship you stuff with out letting you know, then wait two weeks, then call and ask why you haven't paid. Here is the deal, by Federal law, if you did not order it, and someone sends it to you, it is yours, and you don't need to pay for it. Tell them this law to get rid of them.

Called me trying to send me toner for me to try out and then pay for if I like it. He was super friendly, acted like your best friend. When I declined the first time, he brushed it off and then said he would send me some information (and by information, he meant toner). When he asked for our address and I declined he hung up. Where'd Mr. Buddy Buddy go now huh?
Had "Bob" call. Said he was calling about our HP contract for some specific printer models that we've never purchased. When I asked what he was trying to sell, he said "I'm not selling anything!" and then never said another word. Hung up.
"Zach" just called me with the whole runaround. I told him I do not accept toners that I do not purchase myself. He said that was fine and asked if he could just send me a catalog, then quickly mentioned he would just send a toner to try. I told him no and he started on me about why I wouldn't want to try it, don't I want to save the company money, blah blah blah - to which I hung up.
