This number called our office phone and was trying to sell ink and when I told them I would have to discuss it with the boss they hung up. I called the number back and said someone hung up on me from this number they hung up again then tried calling back a third time and phone is busy.
Ink place trying to sell ink. The guy on the phone was a real [***] when I told him we were not interested and then went on to say I was just a "secretary" even though I AM the office manager and in charge of it. He was a real tool, hung up on me so I called him back and he kept hanging up
Sounds like these guys making their rounds. They never said who they were or which company they were calling from, just that they were going to send me an ink cartridge that would Took me four times telling the sales person I was not interested then got hung up on. I called them back asking to talk to a supervisor and when the guy asked who their supervisor was, someone in the background said, 'hang up on her!'. Of course, he hung up. The same guy called me back apologizing for the disconnect saying they're experiencing connection issues, I told him I would have believed that the first time he hung up on me, but not the second time when someone in the background told him to hang up on me. I then proceeded to tell him to NOT call my number again and that I was going to report them to the FTC for fraudulent business practices. Which, I just finished doing before writing this post. No all back... funny how that works.
