Third message about california energy "rebates" and how solar panel will lower my electricity bills, but if I press "3" I will be remove from their contact list, tried 3 times and they just keep calling. argh!!!

Called 11/11/15 (Veteran's Day) at 12:54 pm. Caller ID showed "16612618647". Any call which shows ID same as calling number is not answered as assumed to be a telemarketer.

same number different ID - therefor has to be a mentally challenged telemarketer
