Got a call from this number yesterday and answered but no one talked, same thing again today.  Now blocked.

Crappy contractor trying to solicit business, but long lag before they say anything.

fraud person, trying to rip off people

When I answer I say, "Hello you are on a recorded line may I have your name and number."  long pause then hang up.

calls noise in background say's nothing hangs up
