This is about the fourth person thats called me from the same number threatening me with "Im in Legal trouble" wont tell me why. I avoid the calls but they leave rude messages. Now they are calling my job, how do they get my number? This has got to stop!
i received a voice mail from John Smith (heavy indian accent) then Justin Sullivan (same person) threatening legal action etc for a non existent claim..BLAH BLAH BLAH ..Wanted my attorneys information. I took the case# that John provided and hung up...
Received voicemails at home, office and cell phone threatening legal action, jail time and a police escort at my job. When I returned the call, Randall Rodriguez who sounded more like a Mr Singh wanted to verify my name, address etc. I refused to provide anything but listen to what info he had regarding me. Basically, he had my name and phone numbers. Not sure how he obtained it but he was definitely fraud... I think these are the same calls that I receive that come in as 5 digit phone numbers? 1-000-0 or 9-911-9, I do not answer because I am worried it's an overseas call.
Michael Sinclair, Eric Scott, and David Paul (who apparently is a woman and a man) continue to harrass me. I called them on their bluff and told them to contact my lawyer and I would see them in court. They threaten, harass, and today they told me the sheriff would be at my door and "drag" me to the police station.
I told them to "bring it on" and I would sue them for harassement and false allegations. They stated they were with the Monterey Criminal Investigation and Legal Firm. This company does not exist. These people have very heavy accents.
I received a call from Kesha Spencer (funny name for someone with very thick indian accent) I have been receiving these calls since January informing me that they have lawsuits against me. First time suit was in Ohio, second time New York and now Virginia. They said they would send the documents to both my home and my place of employment. I told them once I received the documents, I would be happy to turn them over to the FBI and have them investigated. They hung up the phone on me. I have requested the documents pertaining to the lawsuit 3 times now but they keep saying they can't provide them because they are not public record .... how strange does that sound?
