Got a call from from this number, didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. I waited a few hours & called the #. It said "you have reached jessica Garcia at HCTS, please leave a message." I didn't. Have no idea who or what this is.

Got a call from a very respectable bill collector named Melissa Garcia, who told me i was passed due with my Dr. office she helped me get my billed resolved and got it removed from credit report. Very nice gal. Never came across a collection agency that helpful. Definitely the first.
Repeated phone calls from Melissa who refuses to say WHY or what organization she represents other than it is very urgent that she to talk to my son. I am estranged from my son and worried about him. When I tried to explain that we don't routinely see my son (I haven't seen him for over 4 months) and that I don't want to be repeatedly called during work, she told me to "talk to my son about it"!) This was AFTER she hung up on me. Extremely rude, pushy, and unprofessional. Appears it is an aggressive bill collector, which would be fine, if it was my bill, or if she would identify herself as such.
