Who called from 6613060706

Just got a call from this number, did not take it and now i'm glad I didn't.

Rec'd a call on 3/7 from 661-306-0706.  When I answered there was nothing but silence until they hung up.  Why did I get called?  What do they want?

Received a half cut-off voicemail, on my cell, about a special promotion for solar panels, 30 % tax credit, save $$$ on monthly electric bill, free installation, bla, bla ,bla. The caller ID shows up as " Busy Signal" . Are you f#@&king kidding? I am going to believe this a legit business.? Do they even know if I live in a house, type of house, etc.? This is obviously a scam, trying to get you to say yes.. Just block the number!.

If scammers are getting so stupid to make their spoofed caller id say "Busy signal" they might as well make it say "Block me" instead!

I fail to understand why the F.C.C. our Congressmen and Senators and our State consumer protection agency's can't or won't do SOMETHING to stop these calls.
