Solar telemarketer.  He hung up when I said that I was recording the call and his number was posted.  That's the only way to handle these BA$TARDS.

Same old scammers with a new number.  You block one, they come right back with another one.  It never ends.

Hang up.  Clearly a call center robot.  Some lawyer needs to do a class action on all of these companies.
