661-328-1273 is listed as a local health food store online, but I think their number has been spoofed. When I answered the phone it was a man with a foreign accent speaking quickly about PG&E's rate increase in 2016 and a government program that could reduce my monthly rate by $75. I indicated that I was not interested and to remove me from their call list. Time will tell if they call again...
Thanks for your post. I got a call from this number today and no message was left. I usually wait to see if the # calls again before I block it, but I'll just take care of that now.
Just got call from this number but did not answer. If above is true this is the second "local" number (also 661-324-7475) that has been used for same annoying calls regardin PG&E costs from a foreigner speaking very poor broken English.
I answered only because I was expecting a call from a lawyer to go to a deposition. Ended up being a robocall (ie, after I answered it took a couple of seconds for him to come on the line). Said he was from "Energy Survey" or something like that and it wasn't a sales call. I said BS, they have called numerous times before and I have to hang up to keep the phone line clear for an important call. I then blocked the call. From reading above comments, and for what its worth, this guy did speak clear English.
