Who called from 6613286538

Got a call and several messages from this number.. someone named Hilda asking for some person.. saying they had some federal docs or some such stuff.
She wouldn't say who she was working for or what it was about.. sounds extremely fishy to me.

Does ANYONE have the reverse info to this number?  Know who it may be??

Someone from this number called my sister's mobile phone and said that they needed to talk to me but could leave nothing but the name 'Ariana Moseley'.  She said it was a federal matter and that's all.  I called the number myself and received a recording to leave my SS number and name.  I firmly believe this is a scam but will call again during 'business' hours.  The bizarre thing is that I don't know my sisters mobile number offhand.. so how did they get it?

I called back and found out that it is not a scam but a debt collection service based in Bakersfield, California.

Just received a call from this number on my cell.  They wanted the previous owners daughter. How did my cell number get attached to her name?

Call was regarding Student Loans in default.
