Called for somebody I barely know. Not related to me, not a coworker. I have the feeling this is about debt collection. It just says account control on the caller ID. How is it that they associate my number with this person. Very annoying.
Did not answer call as I don't recognize the number. They hung up and called right back within a couple of seconds. Did not leave msg. Probably a bill collector.
Called my brother in law!!!!!! I have no outstanding bills. Figured out it probably is about disability. They asked if had worked in last 6 months. Very embarrassing. You bet I am reporting them to MO attorney general. They can find them.
They called my cell phone number looking for the son of the woman who sold us our house years ago. They will not confirm or deny that they are debt collectors, which means they are. They are calling all phone numbers associated with this address because he is still illegally using it to dodge numerous bill collectors. I don't blame them for trying to find him, but I really do wish they would stop calling me.
