This is a skip-tracing agency, ask them to put you on their internal do-not-call list. They are reluctant to give you basic information about who they are and why they are calling. They ultimately will not provide you with information on which company/organization asked them to call you (that would violate their contract). They will only tell you that they have information that you may be associated with [Person X] and then they will resume asking you where [Person X] is and how they can reach [Person X].
